A cuisine of flavors and traditions
For more than 100 years, the Beschi family cultivates the culinary tradition preserving the impression of the authenticity of the typical dishes of our territory. The specialties of fresh egg pasta: meat tortellini in soup, or filled-in with ricotta cheese and spinaches, typical Tortelli of Mantuan pumpkin, and above all the recipe that for generations is inherently jealously guarded by the women of Solferino, the Capunsei one recipe that dates back to the XIV century heritage of Habsburg domination.

Our Three Rooms
The Veranda Room
It offers 45 seats, elegantly furnished. A sophisticated dining room for refined palates.
The Fireplace Room
More intimate and welcoming, it houses 25 seats heated by the atmosphere of our ancient fireplace.
The Banquet Room
Accommodating up to 150 people, it has a small wine cellar for tasting our selection of wines and an autonomous nursery for the youngest.
